Convert Bench is an online platform that provides file format conversion services. Our services are currently completely free of charge, subject to the following usage limitations:

• Maximum single input file size: 50 MB
• Maximum concurrent conversion tasks per user: 1
• Maximum total output file size per user at any one time: 250 MB
• File Retention: Output files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of task completion.

3. Conditions of Use

Your use of the Service is conditioned upon your compliance with the following restrictions and behavioral guidelines. You agree not to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Use the system via any automated means or take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure.
• Bypass any robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to restrict access to the Service, or use any software, technology, or device to scrape, crawl, or manipulate data.

While we do not actively monitor user content, Convert Bench reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. Strictly unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or any other violation of copyright law using our Service is prohibited. To ensure the free use of this Service, please ensure that you own the files you process or have obtained permission from the legal owner to process them.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload to our Service. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license necessary to perform the file conversion. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, and software, is the property of Convert Bench and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer

Convert Bench shall not be liable for any damages or losses you may suffer as a result of using this Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, or damage to computer systems. While Convert Bench is committed to providing a reliable service, you are responsible for backing up your own files. For privacy reasons, we do not store or backup your files, and we cannot guarantee that converted files will not be deleted, removed, or lost. Convert Bench assumes no responsibility for any file conversion failure or data loss, including any damages resulting from such loss. We strongly recommend that users create archives and back up all files and data.
